The Location?
Simply…
PERFECT!
We are right in the centre of Rome, in charming Monteverde Vecchio, on the hill overlooking Trastevere. You can reach all the main attractions in Rome- like St. Peter Basilica, Trastevere, St. Angelo, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori to name a few- either on foot or by public transport, just in few stops, by tram, bus or the fast overground.
How to get to “A casa Cibella”
- From Leonardo da Vinci airport in Fiumicino
Take the train- the Overground- that runs every 20 minutes and get off the train in Trastevere station. Out of the station get on bus number 871 ask for the stop in via Giacinto Carini. Take the bus number 75 in about 35 minutes, will take you to Via Giacinto Carini. - By car
When driving along GRA (simply called in Italian “Raccordo”)- the loop that runs around Rome – follow the sign A1-Ss Aurelia, which is the motorway to Florence. Take “Exit number 1 Via Aurelia” then follow the signs “Centro città” [to the centre of the town]” or “San Pietro”. At the first traffic light turn right to Via Aurelia Antica and keep going for km.2,5. When you reach San Pancrazio keep turning right into Via Giacinto Carini. Count four sidestreets on the right and turn into Via Giovanni Livraghi.
